I bet from looking at the picture for today's deal, the last thing you'd expect is a blurb on the early 80's pop band, Air Supply. To some a deal about close quarter battle (CQB) with airsoft weapons just doesn't say soft rock.
But then you look at their hit “I'm All Out of Love” and the topic starts to make some sense. I mean nothing says I'm all out of love like a a few semi-automatic airsoft shots to the chest of your ex. And of course, afterward you can say (or sing if you are so inclined) to them, “Even the Nights are Better” now that I've shot you... multiple times with a semi-automatic airsoft gun.
Today's deal is all about the air, compressed air which is what the guns use to shoot at Havok Airsoft & CQB and is also how Air Supply's music was originally released. Compressed or more technically pressed onto vinyl. We used to call them records or albums, but young-ins that is a story for a different day. Today we are talking about using air to shoot at one another and also one of the favorite bands in our house when I'm not there.
Havok Airsoft & CQB is the newest spot for something different to do. It is Kern County's only indoor airsoft park. Indoor and Kern County are always words that go together for me like peas and carrots. Enjoy a day of fun playing capture the flag, search and destroy or rescue the hostage all in the comfort of an indoor arena.
Today's deal is for Havok Airsoft & CQB to say “Here I Am” come try us. That deal is two hours of play for the price of one. The deal includes face mask and gun rental. You will get a minimum of three games in one hour. It is a great deal for you to get “Lost in Love” with this new fun activity spot.
Unlike some of the lyrics, Havok Airsoft & CQB wants to make sure no one gets hurt. There will be safety briefings before the battles begin and proper equipment is required. All of the guns fire below 350 fps which is feet per second not frames per second as mentioned earlier in the week.
They also have Nerf sessions that players 6 and older can play in. Nerf guns fire at the much slower rate of 25 fps. No modified Nerf darts are allowed and safety goggles are required.
So all you need to do is buy today's deal which is two hours of play for the price of one to Havok Airsoft and CQB in the southwest, gather up your ex-lovers and/or bosses and pop that worn out cassette tape of Air Supply into your Walkman and enjoy the fun of shooting airsoft weapons at your 'guests.' You'll be saying to yourself, besides good cover fire and an airsoft weapon “All I Need is the Air that I Breathe” but... that was by the Hollies.
