The owner Scott Quigley always has the passion of turning a piece of whatever meat to a "to-die-for" smoked BBQ meat. In 2008, with his passion of southern style smoking BBQ, Scott traveled cross the country to look for the state-of-the-art smoking BBQ technique. Texas, North Carolina, Kansas City,... You name it, He made so many friends in this industry and gained priceless knowledge and experience to improve his smoking BBQ skills.
After more-than-a-year of traveling for study, research and practice, in 2009, he turned himself from a passionate backyard BBQer to a BBQ competition contestant, then he became a certified BBQ competition judge, and finally a professional BBQ caterer since 2009.
Scott is a perfectionist, which means he ensures the quality of his food to stay at the high standard. From the quality of the raw materials, to the critical cooking time and temperature, nothing can be sacrificed.

We sprinkle our chicken with our rub and cook on the pit slow for several hours until it is tender & juicy. Cooking on the pit with wood will develop a pink color from the smoke – Yummy!
